Curriculum Development

I have been responsible for creating new curriculum for several classes that I have taught over the years. Here are some highlights:

1. Technology

Developed both Coding and Robotics Curriculum for Middle/High School level computer science courses. This involved:

  • Use of Project Stem (Amazon Future Engineering) to create coding curriculum
  • Vex Robotics/Sphero Curriculum for Robotics Technology
  • Middle School Stem in Music Class curriculum – bringing technology and music together.
  • New Charter School Design Curriculum
  • Middle School Pathway Program

2. Musical Curriculum

Created Musical Programming for All levels of education:

  • Selected Music for various choral and instrumental groups.
  • Created Stem in Music Curriculum that incorporated technology
  • Music History and Theory integrated into all levels of classes.

3. Charter School Curriculum

Developed Curriculum for Charter school proposal that was based on Learning Styles. Curriculum including multi-level curriculum instructional strategies, project-based learning and guided instruction using technology.
